Program description

ESQs Law PLLC sends case-related text messages to its clients — such as appointment confirmations, court date and deadline reminders, and document-ready notices — and operational alerts to firm staff. Messages are sent from the firm's number, (435) 557-0550. This is not a marketing program; the firm does not send promotional text messages.

Consent

Clients and staff consent in writing by completing the opt-in form at https://esqs-law.com/text-updates/ and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. The firm does not collect consent to text messages verbally. Each opt-in is saved with the date and time it was made. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of representation.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with activity in your matter. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from the firm. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the firm at (435) 557-0550 or esqslaw@gmail.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

The firm's handling of your mobile number and messaging consent is described in the Privacy Policy at https://esqs-law.com/privacy/. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
